Custom Orders and Returns?

Just a point about terms and conditions. Folksy, of course, has terms and conditions and you have an option when you sell to comment about custom orders and refunds, to provide further information for the customer. I certainly use that option. If you don’t keep the potential customer informed before an order is placed and you deviate from the standard arrangements, you could well be out of pocket, and maybe even in breach of the Regulations. Anyone who makes reference to DSR, please note it is my understanding these Regs have been revoked because of the newer regs which came in June 2014. The abbreviation for the new Regs are…wait for it …CC(IC&AC) Regs. Admittedly, not as easy as DSR !
