# [Daily Listing Challenge and Group Promotion Thread August 2024

Tell me about Mina, we have cardinals and gouramis plus a cat fish. Spend a lot buying the correct filtered water from Maidenhead Aquatics with minerals for fresh water. Lee wanted marine but not going to happen as they are the worse divas in the fish world. Good luck.

Cricut are very good in replacing if your guarantee is still active (sometimes even if expired!), but unfortunately don’t fix them, which is a lot of wasted machines… I’ve been lucky with mine, will be 3 years in Christmas and never had an issue. Fingers crossed your new one will be a good one!

Yes, this is where we are going. I put a limit of up to £20 per kid so they can chose their fish, I just hope they will enough to justify the cost :joy:

Whee abouts in Hampshire are you?

We use the country market one in Kingsley.

We used to keep tropical fish but gave up recently. Tank got full of snails and had to keep cleaning it out . Used to have guppies which bred so had to give loads away
Good luck with yours,
Here is my item for today. Ideal for a car seat or buggy

I just misheard a little segment about the olympics on TV where they said “Should there be cat bonuses for our medal winners?” - yes, yes there should! :black_cat: :cat2: :black_cat: (obviously afterwards, I realised that they must have said cash! Cat bonuses would be much cuter though!

Getting in early today - I will have some new stuff to show soon!

Good morning everyone, had a dreadful nights sleep, one of those where your brain just won’t switch off! Luckily not too much planned today, I’m sure my OH will find some unusual Olympic sport to watch though, yesterday it was bouldering.

Good luck with the fish shopping Mina, we have a garden pond and had 3 goldfish/shubunkins which we got 3 years ago. They started breeding and we now have about 30! The food bills rocketed :joy:

A new listing today, please don’t tell Brenda as it’s for the C word time of year!

Morning everyone.

Oooh, if there were cat bonuses I might have done more sport at school Sarah @dotterypottery  .

I loved the climbing at the last Olympics Hilary @kokoblue , the one where they just dart up in a straight line against each other was so unbelievably fast.

Garden centre for tea and cake and a mooch around the farm shop this morning then more Olympics watching.

A peach floral birthday card today.

Good morning everyone. The sun’s shining again here today, so I’m determined to take my new (nearly 20-year-old) bike out for a scoot. It’s like the one in @theslothscavern’s card, but black. I cleaned all the rust off it, and it’s been raining ever since!

Thank you for the fish wishes everyone, it looks like I should have gone for another soft toy instead of the actual thing :joy:
As long as it is in working condition, the colour doesn’t really matter @TheHermitsBothy , and with the weather we have been having lately, you don’t have too much of a chance of keeping the rust away! :upside_down_face:

I’m just down the road by you Caroline @Caroleecrafts , 2 mins from the ford, I have a big green in front of my house, with a couple of swings at one end. I think you have mentioned that you used to take Shilo (not sure I wrote the name correctly) there for a walk. The country market you mentioned is the one we are going :slightly_smiling_face:

I know Lorraine @LilacDaisy, the speed of some of these athletes is incredible! We watched the women’s 800 m final last night and I don’t think I could have run to the start line :joy:

I was thinking the same, I’d have walked too!

Rob, Dr rang, very informal at our surgery. He is concerned about one of the liver enzymes could be because I need to lose weight! Need to have a more sensitive blood test then possibly a scan. Oh joy!

He is very nice and easy to talk to but another vampire impersonation by the phlebotomist I could do without. They take too much and sure not necessary, lol

I remember now. Used to do the Lindford lap with Shiloh, out of Bluebell left along the main road, round by the shops left up the top down to Mill Lane and back into Bluebell. Now lucky if he can walk to his food bowl, with help getting up. Poor old chap.

This new build any where rule could see the flood land just opposite Bluebell road could be built on, that should be fun for anyone that buys there. We are in Azalea Avenue on the Meadows.
