Morning all. We’re off to a vintage car fair in Bexhill today. I hope the weather behaves. We’ve just had a burst of heavy rain but the sky is blue!
I’m glad you had a comedy moment with your sister @XStitcherJoss . It certainly helps to lighten the difficult changes. When my MIL was diagnosed she told everyone that she was no longer allowed to go out anywhere. When questioned on this she showed us a leaflet from the doctor that said “people with dementia should stay in their own home for as long as possible”! That simple misunderstanding gave us a laugh and we tried to persuade her to keep going out while she could.

Good morning all, the sun is out so hopefully it’ll be a nice day. No plans today as yet but the past few days have been very busy so we might just chill. What time is Tesco coming Brenda @teabreaks, I could do with some lemon drizzle

Morning all. Dry at last here today, though a bit chilly. I’m kicking myself as I put off today’s garden till tomorrow to avoid the bank holiday, and now tomorrow’s showing rain. Have we had two dry days together this summer?! I’m glad I’m not gardening full time anymore, this summer would have been a challenge!

Good morning all. I hope your Bank Holiday Monday is going well. We’ve been invited to a lunchtime pizza party with grandchild number 10.
Just another relist today, though I’m proposing to start listing Christmas stuff from the beginning of September. I find that people start looking for it at live craft fairs from then on.

Hope you all have some lovely plans for Bank Holiday Monday. I was going to take the day off and take my Mum out somewhere but she appears to be having an attack of Sciatica and isn’t at all mobile, so that may have to be put on hold!
