Caroline, @Caroleecrafts I am no help with Mac at all unfortunately, but what I use for the FB Business Suite is the picture file from my laptop, which is saved as jpg and there is no problem with them. Would that be any good for you instead of pulling the picture from Folksy?
For those who do boards and need other people’s pictures, if using microsoft edge, right click on the picture, then click screenshot, select the area you want to screenshot, and then click copy or save. I click copy, and then I go to canvas and click paste and it comes up fine. Haven’t managed to find the same screenshot feature on Chrome, but haven’t been bothered, so not sure if it can be done there or not.
