All your dentist stories made me feel
Christopher @thehorrorcrafter - your story about the tooth extraction is quite similar to what happened to me and really started my fear of the anaesthetic. The dentist used to give the injection, then make you sit in the waiting room for it to take effect whilst they treated the next patient. That in itself, used to make me feel anxious but one day, the dentist gave the injection, sent me out. Then when he called me back in, I was so numbed up, I couldnāt even close one of my eyes to blink. He then did a tooth extraction where he also put his knee up against me to get some traction (although mine didnāt last 3 hours, I donāt know how you coped). After that, the numbness took about 6 hours to wear off, not sure if he gave me enough to numb a lion! - after that, I never wanted the anaesthetic again (although I have had it since but with much stress)
Afternoon
Sorry to hear youāre not well Valerie @valerie - I hope you get better soon.
Good luck with the fair, Mel @aquilacrafts and your pop up, Roz @OrchardFelts
Hope you can get your kiln fixed easily Max @MaxPringJewellery and itās not too difficult to clean.

Can you add 1 sale for me please Alison @FluffStuffCrafts
Afternoon all,
Lovely photo of you and your son @ButterflyThistleCreativeCrafts.
Hope you can resolve your kiln problems without having to resort to buying a new one Max @MaxPringJewellery
Congratulations on your sale Caroline @Caroleecrafts. Happy Saturday samba for you.
Another balloon birthday, this time in blue.
Georgina @GeorginaCrawfordArt now we are both at home we tend not to do takeaways in the traditional sense. That said our treat to ourselves is a slice each of the amazing lasagne made by our local deli which just needs heating in the oven for 30 mins (to make the edges crispy) and a salad made up. Much better than trying to make it myself. Hope this counts.
Oooh. That sounds good, Liz @PatchworkPackages
Iām pretty boring when it comes to take away Georgina @GeorginaCrawfordArt, Iām a tikka masala or rogan gosh kind of girl!
Alison @FluffStuffCrafts Iām pleased to say Iāve had 5 sales . This has pushed me over the 150 sales milestone so Iām extra chuffed!
Evening all, bit of a lie in this morning then lunch out with the family before picking son up some new winter boots, he has camp in a couple of weeks so was needing something sturdy and waterproof AND warm for that. Popped in passed my parentās house and my brother was also visiting, heās staying over tonight as heās the after dinner speaker at his old golf club tonight, heās going to be talking about his cancer diagnosis and treatment - kind of wish I was a member so I could go along and support.
I have managed to finish and photograph a couple of items so hereās a new listing;
Well done Hilary
Thatās an amazing thing your brother is doing Jen @JenStarKnits, it will really help get the word out and encourage more people to get checked. What a great thing to do x
Thank you Caroline and you too x
evening all, sadly the kiln is kaput! it was stuck good and proper OH managed to prize it off but it took a chunk of the fire brick with it and you canāt buy a replacement as itās a complete unit. No local repairers either as itās a US based company. So guess what Iām having for an early Christmas Present
. I have taken a pic of what went into the kiln and what was left but itās not coming through to my e-mail to share
Well done on your milestone, Hilary @kokoblue !
Heās really nervous but I know heāll do well, so many friends there and also he did so well with his groomās speach at his wedding which was only 4 weeks after he was diagnosed.
@MaxPringJewellery oh no, RIP kiln, I canāt imagine thatās something easy to replace either
Sorry to hear your kiln is broken, Max @MaxPringJewellery - hope you can find a new one soon.
