Glad to hear you got rid of most of the furniture Mel @aquilacrafts. Sometimes charities can be awkward about older stuff that they don’t think will sell.
Good to hear Shiloh has the staff well trained Caroline @Caroleecrafts 
I was thinking more along the lines of whether it was too early in the year for Christmas cards Brenda @teabreaks but I’m going to include them anyway. You never know, there might be someone who is planning that far ahead.

Better than my day. I made a rare trip to town because I needed to get a form to cash in my premiums bonds ( for Kelly’s future I want any money all in one place, as I know what a nightmare it was cashing in Ted’s bonds…involved solicitors and documents that had to be signed)…The trip home cost me a £10 taxi fare as the bus doesn’t come up to the top and the walk is too difficult for me these days. Nice lady at the post office said “Sorry, we don’t do forms any more , it is all online !!!”
What about the poor people who don’t do online?..and anything official online terrifies me…I refuse to do online banking.
Anyway, she gave me a phone number and after a lot of “pushing” from me…I got to talk to a lovely lady and my money will be in the bank on Monday…phew…
Tomorrow I have to deal with BT ,
Life is getting more and more complicated…sigh…xx

Glad all went well Mel @aquilacrafts - your problem with the sofa reminded me of when my daughter was moving out of rented accommodation. She had bought a sofa which had been delivered OK (if a bit of a tight squeeze) but the removal men could not get it out - they spent a good 30mins-1hr trying to no avail. Eventually we had to give up and I had to go to the hardware store and buy a saw to cut it up and then drive it to the tip. Unfortunately, it had to be done that day as she was moving from Leeds to Dorset and it was rented accommodation so we couldn’t leave it and come back… it was not an easy job but I was determined and managed in the end. My advice would be to take someone strong with you to help!!

Been to visit the doggy - she is pretty perfect in every way. Just going to sleep on it and let them know tomorrow morning.

Loo repaired, problem with a small washer looking thing. Apparently we have a problem with water pressure, well knew that as has to be pumped up, power cut no water! Anyway all done.

Long chat with daughter last night regarding pros and cons of dog adoption … think it’s going to be a yes!! 
Have just listed the first of my craft drop items - will list the remainder over the next 3 days. After making the Australian animals mobile for my niece I got a bit obsessed with mobiles … So something completely new from me today.

My chiropractor has persuaded me to join a Pilates class for beginners to help with my hip issues. I’m not sure I know what Pilates is! But I’m easily led and I said I’d give it a go on Monday
