Our house went on the market today…. Nervously waiting for viewings…. And even more nervous that there might not be any!

Thanks Anna @Fififoxi & Mel @aquilacrafts , the tree isn’t there anymore, just a small bush in a curvy shape where the tree used to be. It’s just ugly and shame for the tree, as it was apparently put there when the houses were built, to give “character”. Well the “character” is gone, and the insurance company now will have no excuse for draining the landlords because of it… Anyway, wishing you luck with house viewings Mel, I am sure it will go faster than you expect!! x

Thanks Mina, I hope so as I can’t maintain this level of tidiness for long. I asked my son what he thought of the photos an he said ‘it looks good, weirdly tidy’ which says a lot!

I’m going to dip in and out this month if you don’t mind, not been able to take part since the New Year so will see how it goes. Going to make an effort with the shop this month as had a few sales last week without actually doing anything so hope it’s a small sign things are picking up in general.

Good luck with the sale Mel. You will get lots of viewings, we are finding round here houses are normally sold within 2 weeks which is good. Spring is a good time.

So busy here.
Sorted out son’s 18th Birthday card. I wanted something unique so combined a card I purchased from @Kindcrafts with a montage of photos from the 18 years and my letters stamps to personalise. I am really pleased with it. Morgan will love it! (I also created a short video of his life, a hangover survival kit and he is getting a gold chain that is my husbands that he coveted since he was a wee boy. We are also having a special cake,BBQ and taking him out for his first pint!) This weekend will be BUSY because his girlfriend’s birthday is this weekend as well and they have a load of activities they are doing for that as well.

My listing today is another card with a detachable brooch. (Girlfriend is getting one similar for her birthday!)
