The Designed by is blank
May I ask how I get my name into this space

What have you got on your profile section. Go to dashboard, scroll down to your account, your profile. I have my name there and enter the village and county under where did you make when listing an item. Your first item is showing July 2021.

Hi Jim,
I inserted my name under ‘Shop Appearance’ as Caroline @Caroleecrafts mentioned in my Dashboard.
It’s helpful to insert your location too, as it helps when customers search and support via location.
