Hello, I’m brand new to this platform and I’m just trying to get started with uploading images of stock to sell. However, I noticed that there’s a typo on my shop name (the shop name is ok, but it says Designed by Dana Gramt instead of Grant.) I can’t see where to edit that - I’ve updated my profile but still has the wrong name. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you go to your dashboard, on the left hand side click on ‘Shop appearance’. There is a box there for your name. Check that it is spelt correctly and alter it there if it’s wrong.
Sometimes edits can take some time to take effect. If it hasn’t corrected itself in the next couple of hours, contact the admin team by emailing support@folksy.co.uk
