I have a problem, a customer brought an item from me last night the shipping cost on Folksy said the correct amount but when she continued on the paypal page it asked for a different price.
Is anyone else having the same problem, any advice???

Check your Paypal settings - you have to tick a box somewhere on paypal so the Folksy (or other site) costs override the paypal costs. Sorry can’t remember exactly but maybe someone else will be able to.

Aghhh typical Paypal so useless at helping and as always passing the buck, they told me the problem is at my end on Folksy and there is nothing wrong blah, blah, blah, waffle, waffle.
Their customer service today was ridiculous, looks like I have to look for the problem myself.
