Hi there while being off sick for a year I devised something to make my life easier. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. I would love to hear if anyone has any advice on how to go about selling it without being railroaded?

do you have to apply for a patent if it is an invention?

That is what my first assumption was Sally but I believe a Patent was for a gadget.
