I have started to see an immediate duplicate posting for the same item on some business pages? I’ve been deleting the duplicate, but maybe that’s not the correct action to take. Comments/Advice?

Can you give a bit more detail about what you mean by ‘some business pages’ Do you mean other peoples listings, presumably not because you say that you have been deleting the duplicate which you would not be able to do. 
I am wondering if you mean if you post on instagram that is being duplicated on your Facebook page?

I’ve worked it out. Its the same item, but with a different sentence to advertise it. i.e. Posted 9 hrs ago “New product”. And again, 9 hrs ago “See my latest make..” And 10mins ago “Posting my latest make”. A true business prompting Folksy seller.
I post in several different Facebook groups, so I make one post with my item and a link to my shop, then you get the option to share it with up to 3 other groups you are in. This means that the same post is replicated in 4 different groups I am in. If you are in the same groups, you would see it several times. For example, the folksy shop group, UK makers market etc.
referring to “Another boho-style listing” perhaps which is there 3 times with a slightly different introduction.
I’m not sure what you mean either but …if I add a listing on my facebook page I usually click post to the Folksy shop group page as well but that will be identical. Sometimes though I share a post from instagram to FB then if I remember I go to that post on fb and give it a heading or add a sentence which will make it slightly different to the original post. So could it be that the seller is doing something similar…sharing from another SM site.
Ah, that must be me! My Facebook was playing up yesterday. I was trying to share to more than one group at a time but Facebook was only sharing it to one of the groups - so I tried again. It would seem that Facebook eventually caught up and shared ALL the posts, and as I haven’t been back on to my Facebook since, I hadn’t realised! I’ll have to go back on and delete the duplicates. I wish things would just work the way they’re meant to!
Technology beats me every time. If only it would do what I have in my ‘head’ instead of what it’s been programmed to do.
