Change my shop name

Hi
I am adding jewellery to my shop and want to change my shop name to Handmade Cards, Gifts and Jewellery.
I have tried but to no avail, I am also unable to get the stats to work yet?

I haven’t tried to change my shop name before but if you go to your dashboard and click on ‘shop appearance’ there is a box for your shop name there. Your shop name is ‘Lesleypaula’ at the mo which doesn’t tell people what you make but equally doesn’t limit what people would expect to find in your shop so you could fill it with all kinds of crafts you make.

If you email support they will change your shop name for you and it is usually pretty quick. I think you might only be able to do it once though so make sure you are 100% happy with the new name. Can’t help you with the stats problem but you can ask support about that too.

Which internet browser are you using? The stats don’t work with all of them specifically internet explorer 11, try using firefox or chrome and see if the problem persists.
