Well I paid attention in Thursdays Talk from Pedddle and decided to sort out a mailing list as I have been putting it off for ages.
Decided to try EmailOctopus which is mentioned in the Folksy Plus offers. You can join for free and it is super easy. Way easier to use than Mail Chimp!
I think I managed to create a mailing list sign up box and add the code to my Wordpress site in about 20mins.
I also created a welcome email with a link to my Folksy store. See screen grab attached.
The templates are a really nice design. Well worth checking out if you haven’t sorted out a mailing list yet.
