I’ve been away from Folksy for a while due to family commitments but now I’m back - and something has clearly changed while I’ve been away.
I’m trying to list a few items and I keep getting an error message that says something like “Your items could not be listed as you are shipping to the EU/NI and have not included the required saftey information.”
Please could someone tell me what it is I need to add to my listings - and where?

I think there is a blog post on this. If you ship to Europe including Nirthen Ireland, you hve to complete this information and have a represent I’ve in each country who can deal with your parcels.

Thank you very much! I see that lots of people have just put “not sold here” on their listings against the EU/NI so I will just go ahead and do the same.
You have to remove them from your shopping. Thst is how it then shoes that message.
It is not text that you add
