I wonder if anyone can help me. On my Facebook business page, I have a connection to my Etsy shop, which has a sort of label shape with “Shop” in the middle, then at the top of the page there’s something that says “Shop now” which connects to my Folksy shop. I don’t have much stock in my Etsy shop and I’m afraid people will go there first and miss out on all the variety of stuff in my Folksy shop. So I’d really like to close down the connection to Etsy, but I can’t work out how

Your etsy link looks like an app - I expect if you go into your page settings you will be able to remove it.
Just had a look at my page - if you click on settings (below the blue bar) then select apps from left had column it will bring up a list of installed apps - just click the X to the right of the app you want to remove.

Thanks from me too Roz @OrchardFelts, I put an app on there by mistake ages ago and have never known how to get rid off it. Gone now!
