Having shied away from social media I now have a Facebook and instagram account. Lots of not knowing what I am doing glitches but my click and try approach worked in the end. I even have some friends and followers!
I now need to work out how to best use them to promote my shop. I have set myself the challenge of posting to instagram at least once everyday this week and working up to trying to put together a Folksy Friday collage next Friday.
Any tips for an absolute novice gratefully received.
Another patchwork package today. This is a little different as it is two co-ordinated pieces of draping fabric.

A re-list from me today.
@PatchworkPackages I’ll find you on Insta and follow you. I have my Insta account linked to my Facebook That way, when I post on Insta it also posts to FB - saves time. I can’t remember how Idid it, but it must have been straightforward, or I wouldn’t have managed!

@PatchworkPackages there is a good Instagram challenge called “March meet the maker” run by Joannehawker. She comes up with prompts for the month, even if you don’t take on the challenge the prompts are good content suggestions.

Afternoon everyone.
Another morning spent in the garden today, hellebores, irises and heuchera lifted and divided and a couple of the herb pots cut back and tidied. Still lots of early spring jobs left but I can’t manage too much in one go without my back protesting so have saved some for next week

Hello all. Well done Brenda @teabreaks I’ll put that sale on the tally. 
I did try to find you on Instagram @PatchworkPackages but no luck (I’m not great at S. M.) could you post links or Ig/FB names.
I rarely use Siri Caroline @Caroleecrafts but on the odd occasion when I have used her she seems very stroppy. I once used a mild swear word and she very coldly said she ‘did not respond to that sort of language’ - I have to say I went off her from that point - it comes to something when your iPhone becomes your moral arbiter and exhibits ‘prim American WASP sensibilities’ to boot!
Todays listing is a repurposed Valentine card - I just thought with a bit of description tweaking the card could be used on any occasion whenever you want to say ‘I Love You’ including Anniversaries or Mothers Day.
