Pouring with rain, hips hurt, lower back aches, had cramp in my inner thigh down to the knee. An old crock atm. Think I hurt my back trying to lift Shiloh! He plays me up but now does what Lee wants him to do, little monkey.

We have come away for the weekend.
Yesterday it was so mild that I was able to wear my granny square poncho and got loads of compliments and handed out a few business cards. Always nice to get compliments in the wild!

I followed new instagramers! Although I started my social media journey on FB I just find it much easier on Instagram especially now with all the followers tagging. I log into Fb and have about 30 totally unrelated notifications 
so I barely show my face on there now.
Today I’m sharing my relisted bookmark in this emerald colour.
Great pics!!! The best way to promote your work is to wear it. I wear macrame bags out too and had people asking where I got them from

Can all give some love to my vintage Welsh Wool mini card craft kits as it’s slow sewing theme day!! As part of my attempt to be zero waste, I created a collage of the scraps from my hearts, and cut them into squares for people to hand embroider themselves.
Simple stitches so great for beginners - and I have some tutorials on my blog to go with the in-kit instructions. All part of my secret mission to get everyone sewing … 
After a night of torrential rain the sun is shining and it’s a lovely start to the day, long may it continue.
Does anyone know if there is a local Folksy Wales? I’ve seen Folksy south east, south west and other areas that post on social media but never Wales. Just curious!
Zuz @knotsoneat, I know exactly what you mean about FB, I find it so confusing and hard to navigate that I only go there sporadically. I know it probably doesn’t do me any favours but it’s so daunting!

We are just back from a nice long walk, now going to make some orders from over t’other side then an afternoon editing photo’s and creating next weeks listings. I didn’t get any sewing done yesterday after, as whole family turned up and the grandchildren needed to raid nana’s crafty stash for their homework . Have a nice gentle day all xx

The downpour we had overnight seems to have stopped, at least temporarily, and looking a bit brighter now.
I too find Instagram so much nicer to use than Facebook but do like some of the groups on Facebook. Like Pinterest too but seems to be predominantly an American audience on there which I don’t sell to at the mo.
