Hello and welcome the April 2020 Folksy Daily Listing challenge. Taking part is really easy, just:-
List your item and add your link, either just the URL copied and pasted or use the upload button to add a clickable picture.
Click on all of the links to view each other’s items, to ensure we all have good viewing figures
Promote in whatever way you can/are able to. Promotion of everyone else is not compulsory, but we do appreciate it, pin, blog, share, tweet, like, whatever you can do to get the word out about Folksy is great
Let us know when you have a Folksy sale, so we can celebrate and happy dance with you.
You must be prepared to join in regularly throughout the month - missing the odd day is fine and of course joining in for part month is fine also, we understand not everyone can be here very single day, but please do not ‘post and run’.
I will endeavour to keep a tally of the month’s sales. Please let me know if I miss any. Sorry! Only Folksy sales can be added to the tally but happy to hear about and celebrate outside successes with you.
Good morning - off to work today so will be this evening before I get back to see all your lovely things.
No progress on the puffin yesterday but I had a play making silk paper - not sure what I am going to do with it yet! Did try a bowl but not 100% sure about its durability!
Morning all,
Hope everyone is doing okay (mentally and physically).
I’m starting the month with a new wedding card. I can’t imagine there will be much call for these in the next few months, but here it is anyway. https://folksy.com/items/7425962-Handmade-wedding-card-bride-and-groom
Morning everyone,
Nice to have you back Brenda @teabreaks
I think it’s a good time to experiment with new ideas Roz @OrchardFelts
Love the bunny clutch bag Caroline @Caroleecrafts
I’m struggling to remember what day it is at the moment, but not in a good way like when your on holiday, simply because no-one in the house has a routine of going out like normal. I do know that it’s the 1st of April and there are a huge amount of bills at the beginning of this month.
I took my car for a little drive yesterday after my son charged the battery, and she worked fine. I didn’t get stopped for doing an unnecessary journey thank goodness.
Today’s listing
Good Morning all
Although I have been on folksy a while I haven’t been very pro active. I am going to start this month trying to participate in the forums. Thanks to all who have encouraged me. @orchardcrafts - it may not need to do anything - just be a piece of art @carolee.crafts - love the clutch @FluffStuffCrafts - apparently we are looking at a baby boom @NOfkantsCurios@teabreaks@bluebeezywings and @SueTrevor I am in awe of you all as wool crafts and sewing are my nemesis.
Here is something I have just listed
Oh no, yes, definitely lack of use, that and the cold nights are not good for batteries. I know my partner still had a car but it’s my independence. He was talking about taking his car off the road too as the tax and insurance were due, I don’t think he will though.
Morning all, hope you are all well and haven’t succumbed to the dreaded lurgy.
Max @MaxPringJewellery hope you are still on the road to recovery still. It will be good to have you back.
Welcome back Brenda @teabreaks we have missed your lovely jumpers.
Welcome to the thread Janet @handmadebyjanet you’ll love it here
Today I have a chunky hooded jacket.
My folksy board for this month is, very unoriginally, April Finds on Folksy. If anyone would like to be added to the board just let me have your email address.
All loved to here.
I’ve shared your tempting apple to my Facebook page, Sue @SueTrevor.
I have a pile of new stuff to list, but I will have to take some photographs. I know I said I would start daily listing again this month, but I’m debating whether to postpone it, in view of the fact my shop is closed. Still, I suppose I should try to keep it in the public eye for when things improve.
Pending photography, here’s today’s relist:
Morning all. Wonder what April will bring? I’m hoping to have more new stuff to list later in the month, so until then I’ll dip in and out with some relists.
Here is Mevagissey Harbour.
Good morning all on the first day of the month. I hope everyone is keeping well still and you are improving each day, Max @MaxPringJewellery. Thank you for continuing to manage the thread and the sellers lol, Natalie @NOfkantsCurios. Good to welcome some sellers back to this month’s thread and some new ones too. Also sending best wishes to those who have decided not to be here this month. I hope April is a good month for us all.
In an effort to try to keep to some kind of normality, I’m sticking with your wedding theme Alison @FluffStuffCrafts and am listing a beautiful hand embellished wedding guest book today…
