@Caroleecrafts Your photo brought back memories of my walk to school when I was a child. Sometimes the geese would be out on the lane so we had to make a long detour to avoid them. Once their heads go down and their necks go straight it was best to run!
@erkinwald I hope all’s well tonight Lynn. It doesn’t matter how old they are they still need their mums. Luckily I didn’t have to take my daughter to A&E during lockdown. She fell off her ex boyfriend’s skateboard and cracked her elbow. He took her into hospital and they weren’t happy to see her. She’s been having physio via video.

All loved and pinned to here x

@BabanCat Thing is, as they reckon most accidents happen in the home, people spending more time at home and having time on their hands probably increases the risk of accidents happening. Hope she’s recovering well - we have a skateboard in the garage, have been tempted but think I’ll just continue using it for moving heavy plant pots etc around - not great for the street cred :grinning:

Well done to all with sales, especially those just listed!

For Thursday I’ve gone for more verdigris, a new listing to replace one that sold last month - of course turned out similar but different.

Have a great day all :grinning:

They are so part of the village Cat but agree heads down run.

They walk across the road at the mill, stop the traffic then turn round and go back, or walk down the middle of the road.

I have used a picture of them in my bio, this time where they are supposed to be at the mill.

All gardens are theirs, lol.

Morning all, a bit damp here this am, hope it dries up later for a dog walk.

Grocery delivery, sewing more glass cases, cross stitching, reading and knitting. That should fill my day nicely.

A relist from me but not sure have posted before to a challenge.

Good morning and well done to all of you with sales.
Thankfully our local lockdown restrictions have been lifted so I can take my Mum shopping this morning.
My listing today is another one of my brooches, a knitted one this time.

It’s a relist of my most popular coat hanger today I’m afraid
It’s a bit damp outside this morning and I had hoped to get out in the garden and cut back the seed heads on various plants…so guess I will have to tackle the September tags!! How does everyone else do it quickly, it seems such a long winded chore each month. Top tips welcome please!

Morning all. Raining again…, another wet dog walk, I think Charlie dislikes it more than I do.
Congrats to all those with sales, milestones, birthdays, anniversaries etc. Hugs for those in need of a hug.
Lovely to see some familiar faces back on the thread, and welcome to new faces on the thread.
A new crochet blanket from me today, at last I’ve managed to get something finished…

Morning everyone, I see lots of “C” themed items creeping in, I’m woefully unprepared. I’ll need to make an effort to make some suitable items over the next few weeks.

I have however some items (relisted) suitable for the cooler weather which is creeping in, had to demist the screen on the car this morning!

Good Morning everyone

I’m struggling with bad sciatica again at the moment. It’s been relentless for the last 12 months (since we got a different settee), so I’ve been sitting on a garden chair in the lounge for the last 6 weeks (we would have got rid of the settee but it’s been difficult during lockdown as we need to look for a 2nd hand one and this time I will need to try it out first!) Yesterday, I was down on the floor and I twisted awkwardly and the pain was excrutiating - I was actually screaming for help! (I don’t normally scream about anything - that’s not me!) I couldn’t move my legs to get out of the position I was stuck in - luckily Mr DP was home so he managed to take my full weight and lift me up. With the sciatic pain, I do occassionally lose the use of my legs when I’m walking along and it’s been happening more and more lately (which is a bit embarassing when I end up on my hands and knees putting the bin out) - so I’m going to have to bite the bullet and contact the doctors I think. I’m using alternating heat and ice packs at the moment which is helping a bit. I don’t think I can actually get down low enough to unpack the kiln later - so that will have to wait!

I love the colours in your throw today Lynn @erkinwald x
