You really must see the doctor, this sounds a lot like what happened to my mum, turned out she had a ruptured disc which was leaking fluid that irritates the nerves causing even more pain and also the problems being on her feet like you describe. I don’t mean to alarm you but don’t want you to damage yourself even more.

Sorry I didn’t make it yesterday. I’m not envisaging having much new to list this month, but we’ll see how we go. I’ve loved nd pinned the past 24 hours and will do the same 24 hours on from here.

Thanks - I just phoned the doctor and at the moment, she still thinks it is sciatica from what I’ve told her. She wants me to take ibuprofen for 7 days and diazepem for 3 days and then phone her back in two weeks if nothing improves! She says I need to find a chair that fits the contours of my body - easier said than done! lol

Hope you’re feeling better soon Sarah @thedotterypotter…be careful taking all that ibuprofen - make sure you’re eating properly first! One of my friends was suffering with sciatica quite badly - he was given some stretches to do which he said really helped - might be worth looking into?
Working on Christmas decorations today - I will never get used to thinking about it so early - it just feels wrong to me! But when I could see my stats I could see that people are looking at last years so better get them back in stock! Starting with these little trees…

Thank you. Oh no that would be too clean and simple and wouldn’t stink the house out - t’s a reaction with ammonia fumes (always hated fume cupboards, so no idea why I’m now messing around making my own) 
I’m also thinking of experimenting with sea water and a while ago I accidentally corroded some pieces when abandoned them in disgust but were interesting when cleaned up, so want to revisit that.

Good morning everyone.
@thedotterypotter sounds awful. I suffer with my back. I have spinal arthritis and at the base of my spine it has grown a bone spur which is growing into the nerves and I’ve been known to scream when they touch. It took me 17 years to get a diagnosis 
so keep fighting - we know our own bodies.
