Well its finally happened i have a 3 star review ok 3 stars not too bad and lost the 100% but its the comment i am more worried about the colour not being true which i think was a good likeness its not very good that you have no way of answering this comment and putting your opinion across.
Having been in contact with Folksy after being on hear many years they will do nothing about it as they do not class it as a negative feedback and said it will not effect sales!!
I do know others have had them removed Hey Ho find this whole thing very unfair will not continue with the rest of the month as this has really upset me
I have offered the customer a full refund of item and full postage cost but have heard nothing hopefully they will return the item and i can cancel the order

Chin up, Valerie! Colours will never be true, as different computers/phones will show them differently. Put a caveat to that effect in your description? Don’t give up on the daily listing just because of one mean customer. X
