Hello Oswestry Jewels and others old timers,
I think there are probably quite a few of us who are struggling to work out how to do all these things on Folksy, so please bear with us. I do go through and like everything every day but I have yet to work out how to tweet or pin. I will even confess that I have never written or read a tweet ever, and don’t know where to start. I just have a few close friends on fb who I don’t want to pester so I opened a business page on fb but don’t know how to procede from there. I understand I have to get permission to pin from Folksy and don’t know how to do that. I seem to have read an awful lot on the folksy blogs and have made some progress but it is a slow process. My great triumph last week was to put together a folksy Friday collage and get that onto facebook. So it’s one step at a time and I promise I’ll do more just as soon as I can. But it’s only been just over a month so I will get there, I’m sure.
Any tips gratefully received.

Thank you Pat and yes I do understand there is a lot to get your head around my moan was to do with old hands at this. I don’t expect everyone to do everything I am only saying that sometimes there are some who do not appear to do anything at all.

I have seen your stuff there - right down the bottom, in the ‘Popular right now’ section, which is where we appear when people love our things in our shop.

Just in from work, phew what a day! But have also had my mock exam results for my dental radiology course, I passed with an A, phew, just now need to replicate that on the 21st of March! Fingers crossed!

Late to the party again. Sorry about that; ny plan to get here yesterday evening was derailled by an invitation to have dinner with my daughter’s family in Thirsk. Anyway, here I am on day two of the month and I’ve now caught up with the 148 posts that were waiting for me.

Love pinned and liked to here. @OswestryJewels, I do this for everyone who have listed, although I don’t really understand what it all means as far as our shops are concerned. I don’t do Twitter or Instagram but do fb.
I love that we are supportive of everyone’s work, whether it’s our thing or not. There is such a high level of talent on here. X

Good evening or should I say good night as I am just about to sign off for the day! Just finished a mammoth run through the thread and as always some lovely items.

Busy morning at work followed by an afternoon of safeguarding training - didnt know I was booked to do it until I got in this morning!
