I know Maxine @paperchainsandbeads how exhausting it is looking after the grandchildren i have my two grandsons 3 and 6 tomorrow from 8 in the morning till tea time and they like to fit everything in while they are here making cakes painting building dens and the older one likes to make models out of polymer clay so will be worn out by the time they go home.I am thinking of letting them decorate the Christmas tree which will keep them amused for a couple of hours
Lovely reading all your messages, I don’t have grand children yet, but am having my little niece and nephew for the weekend, whilst my sister and brother in law carry on with their kitchen development, without little peeps under their feet.
My item for today, a large and substantial half ammonite for Display, craft project or just for a fossil collector.
Good morning, I’m going to try and pack a lot in today as we have our granddaughter most of the day tomorrow, Daddy has to go to Japan for work and Mammy is away in Swansea until the afternoon! so today I have 2 commissions to finish, I’m expecting a packet back from the Assay office so a bit of polishing and photography, put the tree up and maybe squeeze in making 2 cushion covers
My item for today is a William Morris coin/zip purse. I’m in the process of listing coin purses I’ve made in a variety of fabrics including William Morris, Liberty and Cath Kidston.
Morning, what a lovely caring son, @SueTrevor . It’s lovely to be back in this group seeing all your beautiful work. Here’s a fish fabric basket from me, in one of my favourite fabrics
What a lovely kind son you have Sue @SueTrevor - you must be very proud but then you also deserve a pat on the back for bringing him up to be like that.
Good luck to all of you looking after mini people this weekend, sounds far too tiring for me.
Heres a new listing, not 100% happy with the photos but it will have to do for now.
Off to walk the dog now and then I might make something
