Let us know when you have a Folksy sale, so we can celebrate and happy dance with you.
You must be prepared to join in regularly throughout the month - missing the odd day is fine and of course joining in for part month is fine also, we understand not everyone can be here very single day, but please do not ‘post and run’.
I will endeavour to keep a tally of the month’s sales. Please let me know if I miss any. Sorry! Only Folksy sales can be added to the tally but happy to hear about and celebrate outside successes with you.
Good morning and Happy New Year to you all, I wish you all a healthy, happy, peaceful and love filled 2019 and lots of sales for January I’m starting the tally off this month with an overnight mini book sale so yay happy dancing for me
Good morning. Happy new year. I’m starting the new year as I ended the last one - ill. I haven’t been to bed yet. It seems pretty pointless as all I’m doing is laying there coughing. I’ve been crocheting though so I’ve put my time to good use .
Starting the year with a relist as my plus account run out in the early hours and I haven’t renewed it yet. These gloves have been added to my sale section.
Good morning and a happy 2019 to you all.
I just about managed to stay awake until midnight although it was hard work!
Today I am going to spend some time packing some rarely used items away into storage in order to create a bit more room for my daughter, especially in the kitchen, and have a general declutter. Apparently, you need to ask yourself - does this make me happy? - and if not, in the bin it goes!
Morning and Happy NewYear!! Firstly a big thank you to Maxine @MaxPringJewellery and Cynthia @Brockstones for all your hard work keeping the tally going. Secondly a huge thank you to you all, I have only been a part of the folksy family since October and you have all made me feel very welcome … crikey that sounded a bit like an Oscar speech hahaha!
Well I hope everyone else’s NYE was more adventurous than mine … I lay down for forty winks at 18.30 and woke up at 03.30!!! Ooops missed going to the pub, fireworks, buffet, all the awkward NYE kisses with dodgy strangers!!! Oh well, the sleep was obviously needed more than anything else!
Here is my listing today, and I have a New Year sale of 12% off everything until 10th January
Hi and Happy New Year! I love Christmas and massive family get togethers, but also that feeling of a new start and getting back to the routine in January.
So…starting with a fresh one of these in my shop.
Morning all,
I’m so tired this morning!
Today’s listing
I didn’t quite manage to break my record for the value of sales last year, so close and yet so far! Nevermind, I’ll try again this year I did manage to have the best ever selling month in November though, so that was good.
Roz, @OrchardFelts I think the saying might be ‘is it useful or does it make me happy’ I can just see you throwing everything away in your kitchen and have nothing to cook with or eat off!
Roz @OrchardFelts my daughter and I started a declutter before Christmas, knowing we needed space for decorations, etc… and am going to continue it into this year too! It’s amazing how much stuff, and that’s the best description for it, stuff that pads out but without a lot of substance, that you collect and hoard over the years!
I have also stated making eco bricks with the plastic that can’t go into the recycling bin, just now need to find somewhere local that takes them in.
Happy New Year everyone. Hope 2019 is good for us all.
What an amazing firework display last night in London
Its such a lovely day that I feel guilty staying in sewing rather than being out in the garden
Sheep cushions today
I can’t believe it’s been two year since I joined in with the daily listing challenge. My resolution this year is to be more active and actually sell something.
Here’s my offering today.
Good morning and a very Happy New Year to you all Trying to get back in to a routine from today after my little social media break over Christmas I have missed my visits to this fab thread and seeing everyones wonderful work I have lots of half finished projects that I am hoping to get finished very soon when Mr Postman brings me some supplies I have ordered, so for today its just a relist I am afraid. I am off to put the kettle on and have a catch up of everyones news and work have a lovey day xxx
