nothing new from me today as my old lady joints are playing up and I think I need a couple of days rest, I have fibromyalgia and EDS and changes in the weather quite often kick off a flare. I will still pop in to love and like where I can as the gorgeous goodies in this thread always cheer my day take care everyone xxx

Sorry to hear you’re both unwell on your hols Karen @TheCornishHare - that’s such a shame.
I popped in and out loving and pinning yesterday but the day ran away with me and I never actually managed to list. I’m still coughing and wheezing. I can’t use my inhaler as I’m getting side effects from it. I phoned the surgery to see if there was an alternative to the Ventolin but there isn’t. The nurse practitioner has suggested I go back to the surgery this afternoon so that she can have another listen in case I need antibiotics.
Today’s listing is another toiletry bag. I love this fabric!

Hope you’re all having a good Monday, I’m off for a nice long walk shortly. My friend had her second knee replacement done about six months ago and wanted to start some exercise. I absolutely hate the gym and I’m definitely not a runner so for the past four months we have been walking 3-4 times a week anything between 3.5 - 7 miles each time. Have always suffered with weak ankles and more recently a bad hip. Doing all this walking has improved both my ankles and my hip and I generally feel so much better in myself but it’s also so nice to have the company as I know I wouldn’t do it on my own! Anyway I have loved and pinned all of the above so here’s mine for today. Have a lovely afternoon
