Morning all, I’m early today as I have a friend coming to visit for the day. I am getting very nervous about it and have been up for ages thinking of all the things that could go wrong - none of which will of course. Just being silly I suppose.
Today I have a another girl’s cardigan and a pretty bracelet.
Forgot to add the dog is lovely @junemccabe some days can turn out to be very surprising can’t they?

Celebrating this morning as a lovely friend has bought six items as birthday presents for three of her friends! Not sure if that counts as one sale or six? It’s also put me at number 19 on the bestsellers - whoop!!

Off to mentally skip to the post office (in reality I’ll be hobbling, think I’ve sprained my ankle falling off a stile yesterday), & then give blood, so I will be back to list & catch up later. Have a wonderful day all! xx

Hello everyone, a beautiful day down here.
Just posted off my latest enormous order! I found out the reason for ordering 19 bracelets (very unusual!) it was a head teacher of a primary school buying her staff end of year presents!
She also commented that it was her first time on Folksy but loved the site and will return in the future.

I had a late phone call from my daughter last night. A stray cat had followed her home and wouldn’t leave her doorstep. She went to the supermarket for some food and the cat followed her there and back. It’s been fed and watered and she wanted to know what to do with it. First mistake letting it on, second mistake feeding it. Hopefully somebody has lost it and wants it back. I already have a cat that she brought down from London and one from my other daughter so no more strays.
Something for the dads.

What a fabulous story June @junemccabe Love every bit of it .
I came home with an announcement lots of years ago 'we are getting a black labrador dog ’ to everyone’s disbelief (even though my daughter had been putting ‘dog’ on my shopping list forever) . I was at my Welsh class -I still can’t speak Welsh but we did get our gorgeous dog as a result . It was just fate . I couldn’t resist when a fellow student said that their friend had cancer and wanted to know where his dog was going . So we took her for lots of weekends , got to know her owner and she has been with us for 10 years now. ahhh we love her.
Hope your daughter finds the cat’s owner Cat @BabanCat otherwise you will probably end up with it

Wow! I only missed the weekend and there’s over 100 posts already!
This week I’m concentrating on my felt shop. It’s that time of year when I make loads of small stuff for the craft fairs, but at 20p a time I never bothered to list them. Now I’ve got “Plus” there’s no excuse (apart from taking photos of course )
So to start with here’s a little felted purse

@BabanCat I think you’d have to belong to the group to join in, I’ve tried to do a bit of research on the internet to find them, but nothing comes up. I’ll let you know when I get in touch with them again. Anyway Brenda @teabreaks Max @MaxPringJewellery and Caroline @carolinefrodsham it is definitely going to happen, these groups always work about a year ahead of themselves, I’m so excited to meet you all. You do of course realise, in real life, I’m as quiet as a mouse, so I hope you lot can make up for me
