Just checked out your shop…brilliant wrapping, really nice pieces I love them. When you say you’ve ‘loved and pinned’ I get the love, but where do Pin, do you mean on Pinterest? Very new and learning. Thankyou.
Hi Andy. Thank you so much! You have a lovely shop too…stunning designs! Yes so pinning is in Pinterest…I have boards set up for a few different themes, then I’ve been doing Folksy Friday on Instagram & Pinterest. I’m doing a different colour each week with a board in Pinterest & then a collage of a few items on Instagram. So with this thread I’ve been pinning to one of those or my folksy365 board. I do like Pinterest…its so easy & but a bit addictive!!
Oooooh, that’s very kind of you Brenda, I dont know exactly where it is in Neath, I won’t ask until I decide I want a deposit from them probably January next year. I may well take you up on the offer if you’re serious. The store room would be fine
Evening all. I have been having trouble getting on here, there seems to be a technical hitch.
Thanks for the congrats.
I have spent the weekend mowing the field and weeding the poly-tunnel, So am going the ache tomorrow. It is only bare able in the tunnel on cooler days, so today was ideal.
Congrats to those facing up to and conquering their fears, I am another that finds it hard to get out and about alone, especially driving.
Ha ha you would never get in the store room…and yes the offer is serious…I have played host to lots of online friends when I was in a crochet group…many of them from the US>
Neath is the borough of Neath/Port Talbot so it could be just round the corner from me or up towards Brecon !!..let me know when you decide…I know Max has been to my house, so maybe we could have a meet up…maybe if Cat can come too…x
Sounds ideal Brenda, thank you so much xxx
Oh and congratulations Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery I forgot earlier

Sorry I didn’t get back here yesterday, spent the day flitting around between book making for order, more reading for assignment, finishing off a few bangles, then baking (I made an apple and raspberry crumble cake, very yummy!) then taking pics, editing and prepping all my listings for this week phew!
Morning all. Lovely and sunny here again today.
Spent most of the weekend flitting between gardening, ironing, housework and trying to get myself organised for a craft fair in a couple of weeks, really don’t feel as though I’ve done much but I must have 'cos I’m shattered.

That’s brilliant Max @MaxPringJewellery I just looked back at the original message and it was Neath close to Swansea. So let’s hope it is. I have to admit I don’t know South Wales at all, I have been two, maybe 3 times to Saundersfoot, but north Wales many, many times.
Today’s listing

Good Morning everyone - hope the week ahead brings us all lots of lovely sales
Good morning Folksy folk, firstly thanks for the encouragement for facing my demons x I had a wonderful and strange day at the same time.
So, before we went to my friend’s house, we went to pick up a small up cycled cabinet I’d bought from a lady on eBay as she lived in the same area. We went to the most beautiful little cottage and the cabinet was beautiful, she showed us a couple of other things she’d been working on, one was a small table with a shelf, which was very pretty and also a larger cabinet that she just had to finish off. I bought the table and she’s letting me know when the other is complete and I will go to collect it. Ok, I hear you say, but then we started discussing illness etc as she had also had renal cancer and because she had several dogs, I mentioned that I was looking for a dog to help give me more confidence to go out alone as I had looked after my step daughter’s dog while she was away, and found myself walking for miles every day along the beach and cliff tops.
She asked if I was looking for a puppy and I said I didn’t mind, but would prefer a full grown dog that needs a home. She then told me that she was having to home one of her dogs, a five year old toy poodle cross who was adorable.
Yes, you’ve guessed, I now have that little lovey sitting on my bed!
We went to see my friend, which was amazing, we talked as if we’d seen each other for the past thirty something years and are getting together again soon. Unfortunately she has now got ms so can no longer craft, but still does so much including walking her two dogs and looking after her eight cats and her house was spotless! Mine’s not!
We had such a wonderful time, she’s still as lovely and warm and kind. I had a bit of a nervous wobble whilst there, but got past it, thankfully my daughter was there and my friend was great about it.
Lou was most surprised when I arrived home with the cabinet, plus a table and holding this cute little dog. He likes her, but I think I’ve some housetraining problems to work out with her, but it’s early days and she’s nervous so I intend to give it a good go!
Warning! Don’t buy cabinets from eBay, you never know what you’ll end up taking home!

Oh wow, what a lovely extra surprise you had yesterday June! remids me of the day I sent Mr DP to the co-op for bread and he came home with a baby rabbit! (Someone was stood outside the co-op with a bucketful of baby rabbits they were trying to give away ) - luckily we were well equipped to take on another rabbit as we already had 4 at that time!
Please post a photo of your new girly (if you can get a photo without stressing her out) - what’s her name?
Glad your day with your friend turned out well too - sounds like you will be able to keep in contact now xx
How strange, I normally have a pet rabbit, but haven’t one at the moment, I have a guinea pig who’s so sweet, I have had one or the other or both for many years now. I can imagine your surprise, but I bet you were over the moon when mr do brought the bunny home.
At the moment she’s flaked out on the floor, but here’s a pic anyway, her name is Poppy x
Aww - she looks adorable
