@JenStarKnits snow!! this would make my sons day, he’s hoping it will snow on his birthday in December but we live in Somerset and it doesn’t snow that often here!
It’s very common round these parts but maybe not in November. We did have winter about 10 years ago where there was snow from November through January - we had icicles over a meter long that we were breaking off from the guttering.
Evening all, caught up to here. Not stopped today, but don’t feel like I’ve achieved much - why does everything take so much longer when you’re in a hurry?!

Hi Everyone! I seemed to have missed yesterday I have been so tired last few days, not been having good nights sleep lately, no idea why.
A new listing from me today and now I will go and have a marathon catch up with all the lovely goodies on here, I will be back tomorrow.

I’m off work tomorrow so tonight I’m on “holiday” mode already, sipping a nice Blood Orange Gin (just a little bit)! I’m just mentally on holiday, not with my Folksy shop. In fact I might have a brand new listing tomorrow (finally!).

@feelfeltfound your comment about the piece you didn’t like struck a chord. I’ve always found it intriguing at craft fais to see the reactions of customers to pieces that I’be been doubtful about. I’m talking about pieces that didn’t come out quite as I’d hoped (planned? - not a smart thing to do with enamelling); colour combinations that don’t seem quite right, that sort of thing. Someone willl fall in love with these and astonish you with their enthusiasm. It does take all sorts.
