Folksy app problems

I’ve just downloaded the app.
I can get in and see my listings and have tried to list a new item.
I have added all the details, but I can’t get any further than the Preview Listing button. Nothing happens when I click it. I’ve tried cancelling the listing, closing the app and reopening, but when I go back in the details are all still there, but I can’t get any further!
Can anyone help please?

Please try changing the number in the quantity box and dispatch box, as this seems to be helping some users get the preview button to work (you can change it back to 1 after changing the number, if this is what you need).

We’re aware of this problem and our developers are currently working on a solution, which we’ll hopefully be able to get out with the next update of the app.

Hello Folksy… I’ve been happily adding listings from the new Folksy app but over the last few days its having a funny and I’m now unable to create a draft or to list… is there anything you can suggest?

@helenhandmade Please fill in the feedback form so our app developers are aware of the problem, and if there’s anything that has changed since it worked properly and it started misbehaving, please mention this in the details as it may help identify what has caused the issue.
