Very difficult to list items

I have tried to open a Folksy account and I have had nothing but technical problems. I kept getting an error message when doing my bio. Then I when I try and edit my bio it won’t save, it took me over an hour just to list one item as every time I pressed list item it just kept going to draft, and when I’ve tried to add another item it’s doing absolutely nothing when I press preview. I tried refreshing the page and lost everything! I’ve never come across anything so frustrating in my life. It’s awful to use. I’ve messaged them for help and I’ve heard nothing back.

Welcome to Folksy from me. I am sorry you are having all these problems. I have no techy abilility so can’t help you specifically, except to say I find Folksy incredibly easy to use. So I hope you get these teething troubles sorted quickly and soon find the same.

Sure you will sort it eventually. The system is very easy once you have sussed it. Can i just mention that though you have links to IG and FB from your shop front the links don’t work. x

@CazizCrafts Sorry to see you haven’t yet managed to add any more items. Did you get a response from Folksy admin? They are usually very quick to reply. Is there anything we can help with?

Like Liz and Joy, I find listing very easy on Folksy, so maybe you should chase up the message with admin in case there is a specific issue with your account they need to resolve.

They don’t normally take long - but check you used the right contact details. You can use the Contact Support form on this page How can I contact Folksy? – Folksy Support & Knowledge Base. Or use this email address support@folksy.co.uk. You will get an auto reply by email straight away, then they’ll come back with a real person email in a day or two.

In the meantime, you might want to try a different browser, some of the older ones might not be optimised for Folksy’s systems. (I use Chrome and Safari, and they both work well for me).

I’m assuming you are using a laptop, tablet or phone, and using the web page application, not the Sell on Folksy App.

Yes I have emailed them. I gave up trying to list any more items. I have emailed.

Yes I’m using an iPad and yes I’m using safari.

Don’t know what’s going wrong?

Hi sorry you are having all these issues, I find it easy to use and to list, so no idea why this could be happening. my advice if you haven’t heard anything is to clear your cache, cookies etc and that may fix it
