I’ve been trying over the past few days to reinstate my Folksy Plus account and every time I try
I get the Somethings Wrong message. Does anyone know if there is a problem at the moment with this.

When you email please can you let us know exactly what point of the process the error message comes up (for example which page you were on and if you’d just clicked a particular button), as well as what device and browser you’re using?
We’re not aware of any problems (at least since Friday) but as far as I can tell it doesn’t look like you’re even getting as far as to start setting up the direct debit, so it’d really help to know which page is struggling to load properly.
