Folksy plus gone

My payment has been taken by DD as normal for May but my shop is now a basic one. Have emailed Folksy but do not understand what I have done wrong as was okay yesterday.

Sounds like a gremlin in the works - I’m sure @admin will fix you up as soon as they can, once they open your email. If you’ve paid, it must be at the Folksy end.

Morning Caroline. The same thing has happened to my account. Apparently my Direct Debit is still active but it has become unlinked from my Folksy account. Hopefully an engineer is going to relink it as soon as possible. Helen

No, mine still says I’m not a Folksy Plus member anymore!

Perhaps they are doing it alphabetically. Fingers crossed x

I have had this a number of times. James is very good at sorting it. It seems that gremlins are at work. Once I had notified them they sorted it very quickly. Hope it sorted soon
