First of all, may I say you have fab taste in wallpaper and fabrics, I am a Laura Ashley fan myself and have some the same!
I think that your shop is looking very nice, but I notice that you have no links to social media. Unless you have a customer base already you need to bring people to your shop. A Facebook or instagram page is one of the easiest ways to promote your business. Join in with some of the threads here on the forum too, itās a great way to find out whatās going on!
Donāt worry about not knowing everything at first, thereās always someone around who will help, and Iām sure there will be a few who can give you much more advice than I can. It often takes a while to get that first sale. Good luck xxx
The about section you need to remove the negatives such ā some need workā and ā I am not very good At writingāabout meā or coming up with descriptions, so if you need more information about anything, please contact me and I will do my best to answer.ā You donāt need to tell potential customers this as they may think they will get a duff make. Be confident about what you make and about yourself.
EASTER DECORATION SET: This cute decoration was my little experiment , with fabric and ribbon. Iāve decorated differently each item. And Iāve partially filled them with toy stuffing for a bit of body. On the back Iāve used felt.
Can be hung on walls, doors, cupboards doors, windows. It is really fun decoration for adult and children . (You say not a toy, I would change this to read: fun decorations for Easter. Please note these are for decorative purpose only and not toys. Drop adults and children.
Iāve done my best to take photos so you can see size of the Egg, Carrot and Bunny.
Try. A cute decoration made from fabric with ribbon embellishment. Each decoration is unique. Partially filled with fibrefill with felt backing. (Take a photo of the back). Ideal for hanging on walls, doors, cupboard and windows.
Donāt mention trying your best again must be positive add measurements and widths, what the hanging part is. I would ask why only partially filled what is in the gaps. Put lightly filled.
Donāt mean to sound negative but this was the first product.
Lovely work, but I wonder if it would be better putting generic items at the top and seasonal stuff down below (until it is relevant), as people might not bother to scroll down if they think it is all Easter stuff?
You have many lovely items in your shop. One thing you may want to consider is setting up āCollectionsā so you would list similar items in one category, for example all your Easter items would be in one Collection. This will be helpful when you start to list more items so potential customers donāt have to scroll through your whole shop if they want something specific.

It looks like youāve managed to work out how to add collections and rearrange your shop now, but if you need any help on how to do something, just ask 
If you do have social media pages you want to add a link to, you do this from the āshop appearanceā page on dashboard.
You look like youāve made a good start on your listings, some could do with a little extra information (like for the ones with just a photo of the measurements it might be good to write the width in the description too). Some could also do with a few more tags.
This is one of the listings I think youāve done really well: Floral Scull reversible fabric baskets, set of 3. - Folksy
It has a good descriptive title, a description that answers everything Iād need to know, and youāve used all 15 tags with a mixture of single words and multi words, describing the pattern, use and who itās for.
Just one important thing - spell it skull. I can imagine how hard it must be trying to write listings in a language that isnāt your first, but thatās a really important word for the listing that people are likely to search by, so you want to make sure that one is correct (you might want to mention something like āI moved to the beautiful UK however many years agoā in your about me section. It doesnāt sound too apologetic, but would help people understand why if they spot the odd spelling mistake).
Yes this looks good except for spelling, skull not scull. Search engines are very good at suggesting the spelling when you are looking for something but from the other end, when you list something, it will help to have the correct word.
Can you add Grammerly to your computer? it is a free download and will help you with spelling and sentences.
To be involved in theme of the day, you need to add the word in the tags when you make your listing. the tags are very important to help searches find your products. I have been selling on another platform for years but am quite new here and have had a third of my sales due to being featured in theme of the day.
Also, if you havenāt already, make sure you take part in some of the forums as others on here will ālikeā your products for you . The more activity you get to you pages, the better for you.
Donāt be down hearted, we are all having a quiet time since the lockdown lifted as people are out catching up with friends and family instead of online shopping at the moment. Good luck, your work looks great x

@MyHappyTime Google translate doesnāt always work perfectly, but if you just have the odd word that your spell check is getting stuck on then it might help to double check the word with that. We really donāt make it easy! 
English spelling must make no sense if youāre used to a fairly phonetic language.

Hi everyone - I am new to Folksy, heres an item in my shop here. I am a dedicated otter watercolour painter! 
Can someone help please? Does anyone know how to offer a bundles listing in Folksy where the buyer can choose which cards they would like - say a pack of 4 cards for a set price but with the option of buyer choosing what they would like?

You would need to use variations and either add a required text box - they would then have to type in which designs they wanted (but might not type in 4 unless you add 4 boxes) or add 4 drop down menus where they choose which design they want from the drop downs (so first drop down would be for card 1, second drop down would be card 2 etc etc). So set up a listing of ā4 card bundleā Ā£X and then add the variations to it (no need to add a price variation as they are just choosing the 4 cards).
