I’ve been trying to contact Fred Aldous to take advantage of the Plus account discount but not getting any response to my emails. I’ve got a basket full of stuff I need to order but wanted to offset my Plus account costs by taking advantage of the offer.
Did anyone else manage to get this and if so how long till they replied?
I used them last year with the 25% discount, can’t remember how long it took but I did initially struggle, I had visited Sheffield and went into their shop and couldn’t get the discount to work so left the goods then managed to place the order online. I think it was only a day or two before they replied.
Did you send them the link to your Folksy shop as they néed that as proof that you are on Folksy ?
I"ve never had a problem ordering online or face to face at the Manchester store. I have no experience of the Sheffield or Leeds stores. Have to be in Sheffield at the end of the month - may try to drop in.
Finally received a response after emailing Folksy admin. Fred Aldous reckon my email was lost but then replied to it ….. ok. Had actually had to give up and order the essential stuff elsewhere as I had a commission come in, but will hopefully be able to make use of the discount at some point.
