Hello Roz
that’s extremely helpful,i’ve just looked at your commissions and am now really getting the idea of how
to do it…i’m just worried(as you have experienced)about someone trying to buy the advertised example.
How did you deal with that?
Thanks
If they do “buy” it and it is paid for through paypal you just need to email them and let them know that they need to specify exactly what they want but offer to cancel the order and refund via paypal if they were hoping to buy “off the shelf” I presume even your made to order items are reproducible so as long as you have specified a long enough delivery time then it wouldn’t be a problem anyway. Not sure how long it takes you to make your mirrors but the longest delivery time folksy allows is 21days after receiving payment. I have added a note in my 3d pet model that it may be longer than that but that it would be agreed beforehand. (I have a contract to use when I make the models which needs to be agreed to prior to work commencing which allows for what deposits are required and what happens if the buyer doesn’t like the finished item etc)
Hope not Darren lol. x @darrenbudd
