So glad I’m beyond the school shoe buying stage! I always left it till the last minute and got very stressed!
I had to leave school shoes until the last minute: one of my children grew 2 full shoe sizes over the six week holiday! So glad they are all old enough to buy their own shoes now, I used to hate it so much.
Good job Suzzie @thistledownandHOPE, glad everything ran smoothly during the shoe shopping and pleased you and the girls enjoyed it! You just need to unwind now and get out the knitting needles! The new wool is lovely I bet! Which colours did you purchase? x
Getting the knitting needles out now, @tagpress the real work starts now!
Colour wools were a really lovely pale green for rose leaves to go on cream rose hottie, and a delicious teal blue and same hued green for some new ladies hangers.
So another soggy day, hoping tomorrow is a little warmer, would love to do a spot of gardening.
But a knitting I will do now.
Suzzie x
Well, unfortunately I didn’t get to see my daughter and granddaughter…My daughter cancelled at the last minute as she wasn’t feeling too good.
So…I made another little skirt, this one for my shop! Just listed.

Gorgeous colours then Suzzie @thistledownandHOPE, I’m really looking forward to seeing any new hand knits and the pale green will look beautiful with the cream wool!
Sorry to hear that Kim @KBCreations but I’m glad you’ve managed to make the little skirt for you’re shop, it’s lovely! x
Afternoon, the sun is shining here in Berkshire today. Nothing creative for me to day, housey things, and a man came to measure for new Bifold doors. Hope everyone has a lovely afternoon and evening.
