Happy New Year everyone. I hope you all have a good year. Regretably I’m closing down at the end of January. Please take a look at my closing down sale.The arthritis in my hands has reached the point where it’s too difficult and painful to sew. I may, in the future, list the odd knitted item but for the moment, I’m taking an extended break. I’ve enjoyed my time here and will miss the buzz of getting sales.

I have arthritis in my thumbs, at the moment mine isn’t too bad, so I can carry on crocheting. I understand totally why you are taking a break.

Very sorry to hear, I hope you find a creative outlet that is less painful.
I would recommend to anyone suffering arthritis or joint inflammation to try CBD oil/ paste. Find a good quality high potency form.
My husband felt the benefits very quickly, it has changed his life mobility wise and allowed him to stop taking the high doses of conventional pain meds he was reliant on.

So sorry to hear your arthritis has stopped you sewing. Your message struck a chord with me as I also have arthritis - I’m currently having acupuncture for it, which has been very helpful. I hope you find some relief and are able to do the odd bit of sewing now and again. Good luck. Heather x
