One of the many things I make is a range of helmet holders
I sell these to motor sports enthusiasts , horse owners , HEMA participants etc
What category would you list these in ?
I’ve put them in sports accessories does that sound about right ?

Yes I think that is the right category.
Or possibly Homeware: ‘Coat hooks, coat pegs and rails’ maybe?

You’ve got a couple in your shop so I’d say try one in each
Also, don’t forget to use as many tags as you can, as they help in being found in searches. A few more ideas for the sorts of tags you could use: “helmet holder”, “hat display” (could you use it for a fancy hat too?), “chain”, “gifts for cyclists”, “jacket hook”, “coat hanger”, “gifts for men”, “fathers day gift”
