Can anyone help please, when I click on the link to share my items, it’s not dropping down for me to copy, any suggestions?
Wanting to do direct links for my socials for the seconds items
It does still work for my shop link ok

What device are you using, just checked on my shop using my Android Tablet, using the website browser, okay working fine, and on my Android phone, using website browser, and okay with that. Just tried the app on both the tablet and phone, taking so long to start up, so I gave up.

Hi Melanie. Are you trying to copy from the blue box in this picture? If you are you just press click to copy your link then put your finger where you want to paste it and it will say paste, select, select all and autofill just select paste and all done, there’s no drop down.
Does that make sense?
Thanks Hilary, but I can’t even get that far, when I click the link it underlines blue but doesn’t show the drop down to indicate it’s copied, here’s a pic

Oh that’s really weird, in that case I have no idea. Have you tried a different browser or logging out of your account and logging back in?

I know very odd, I did just do the classic log out log in and crossed everything but no sadly not worked.
I will see if a different browser will help

Yes there is, you can email them support@folksy.com, they usually get back to you within 24 hours or if you mark urgent they should get back to you quicker. Good luck sorting it out

Just tried on my iPhone and tap and the drop down works. Reboot your iPhone as can get hung up if too many pages open.

Thanks @Caroleecrafts i just did that and still not working. Bit disheartening as I’ve just updated to plus especially for the seconds weekend
Have the links worked before? Have you cleared your cache, Melanie @freesiahandmade your phone might be pulling up pages from before you updated. I have no idea how to do this on an IPhone though!!

Go to Safari search bar, click on the 3 dots bottom right. Select All Tabs. This show ps your current history. Hit the cross on each tab and clears.
Just cleared mine and had 97 tabs!

Oh how lovely Melanie, my grandson starts school in a few weeks, the 4 years have flown by, he is my world. Being a grandma is amazing, I can’t really describe the feeling but believe me you will be besotted when baby arrives, such a strong bond, people used to say to me it’s a different kind of love and until he arrived I didn’t really get it but it really is so congratulations to you.
