I need some help from you Folksy gang.
How do I set up a deposit for customers to pay upfront a %, before taking on the order.
Will be grateful for advice and help.

You will to set up a separate listing for the deposit making clear what it is for and reserved for ‘name’.
Although for the full order check out my listing here.
You then repeat once the item is complete along with the balance.

I Do it the same as Caroline, I make a listing for the deposit only then when complete I make another for the balance
