How do customers redeem vouchers On Folksy?

I was wondering if someone could help me. I have been looking at the gift vouchers, and I understand how it works and how I would list vouchers on Folksy… the only thing i cant seem to work out is how the customers uses the voucher to BUY something from my shop on Folksy? Where will it give them the option to use the voucher in the shop? and where would i put the codes for my vouchers to make sure the voucher is only used once? Some help would very much be appreciated as I am stumped at how it works when they want to redeem the voucher here? Many thanks, Katie West, Made with Passion Jewellery

Folksy answered this, sort of, in one of the other threads - I’ll go tag you in that once I’m done here. The customer would need to email you to let you know what they want to purchase so you can either remove it from stock or if the item is more expensive than the voucher you can create a reserved listing for the price difference. You would need to keep a spreadsheet of any voucher codes you send out with the value and when / what it was redeemed against.
