When I click on “favourites” at the top of the page, I get an error message. I hope mine haven’t disappeared for good. is anyone else having problems?

The good news is that because Joy and I can see ours it probably means it’s just a browser glitch on your end. You could try clearing your Folksy cookies/cache … see if it helps?
PS thank you for reminding me. I have some lovely things in my collection that I pop in as I see them but generally forget to see what’s there.
If potential Folksy customers could see my Favourites they would come into Folksy and never leave
can I do that without clearing it from everywhere else?
Somebody gave instructions on how to be selective the other day - I’ll see if I can find them.

I don’t know about other browsers but if you’re using Chrome and you only want to clear cookies for Folksy you go to Preferences --> Advanced Settings --> Under Privacy click ‘Content settings’ --> Under Cookies click ‘all cookies and site data …’ then it takes you to a page where you need to type Folksy in the ‘search cookies’ box and then finally click ‘remove all shown’ (they should all have folksy in their names) and then ‘done’.
It’s a bit of a palava (or pavlova … mmmm pavlova) but at least you don’t lose cookie data for other sites. It sounds really annoying to have to login all the time so I hope it helps someone! smile**

Well I’m very pleased to report that my favourites are fixed - thank you Support - and I have splashed out on a new Christmas decoration as a result
