Introduction to Serenity Holistics

Hi. We’re new on here so just thought I’d introduce us. We are Serenity Holistics. We are a family business who have only been going since January this year so still really new and working out the best way forward for us.

I am the jewellery designer and maker and my dad is the card maker. We are also reiki masters and offer distance healing and have a few regular client’s that book in with us for this.

We are just starting to get ourselves noticed on our Facebook and Instagram pages now and thought it would be a good time to expand this and open a shop on Folksy.

We hope to learn lots of useful tips from you and if there’s anything we can help you with, we will be glad to return the favour.

Amanda and Trevor.

Hi and welcome to Folksy,
You need to add tags to your listings - they help you get found in internal searches done by the folksy algorithm when some one types a phrase in the search box. These can be short phrases such as ‘rose quartz bracelet’, ‘pink bracelet’, ‘pastel bracelet’ rather than single words. Dimensions - your cards don’t have any dimensions, it might also seem obvious but it is worth stating that cards come with an envelope (if they do). For the jewellery it is worth stating the metal used (silver plate, silver tone, sterling silver etc) as some people have sensitivities to certain metals and need to avoid them. The jewellery is also missing dimensions for things like pendants, a photo of it in a hand is useful to give a sense of scale.
Finally your links to social media aren’t working on your shop front - delete everything in the box and then copy and paste the whole url is the best way I’ve found to ensure they are correct.
Hopefully that’s helpful (I always feel slightly mean when I give feedback like this but I mean it from a good place)
