ISSUE - EU / Rest of the World deliveries

Hi all,

I have raised this as an urgent request with Folksy support:

If you ship to ‘rest of the world’ but not EU, check your delivery settings on your listings. This afternoon I have noticed that all my deliveries have added EU without me taking action to do this!

It seems to be tied up with ‘rest of the world’ if you have added that it seems to be adding EU automatically with same postal prices.

If you have the same issue, and are unable to sell to EU countries due to GPSR and/or packaging regulations you should still be able to sell to UK and USA of you take off ‘rest of the world’ deliveries until this is fixed.

Just checked and mine it’s the same. I will also email folksy on the urgent email address.

Bit of a scary one for those who need to comply with GPSR. Easy enough to bulk fix for now, until they have sorted it.

I’ve left mine for now as I have lots of different shipping prices so it’s a pain to edit them all. I’ll just cancel if any should come through.

This has now been passed to the engineer. Will let you all know when a fix is in place.

Sorry about that everyone, the issue came up while we were trying to fix the problem with the heart covering the price, but we were working to fix this as soon as we were notified, as we know it’ll have been worrying for sellers. We managed to get that back to how it should be quickly and hopefully the hearts have all stayed where they’re meant to as well.
