I had quite a few items hidden in my shop so decided to put them back as available. There were 32 ACEOs and 8 greeting cards
I clicked to put them back and now I can’t find them. In the categories at the top the boxes have 8 by the greeting cards and 32 by the ACEOs but they are not there]when I go to my dashboard they are not there either
Here is a link to my shop Pams Art and Crafts on Folksy Can somebody have a look and see what I mean? It’s not just me that can see the numbers on the boxes. I asked another seller to look and she could see them

Sadly I can only see 12 of your items on the front page, the same 12 in your Acrylic painting section (Although 14 stayed) Like you, I see the number/quantity in your other 2 sections but no items.
I would email Folksy directly.

There has been mention of an indexing error where some newly listed or relisted items are not being indexed for 24 hours. This might be what is affecting your missing items and they will appear once they have been index. (Folksy have requested to be notified with affected listings/ times/ dates of listing to help them track down what is going on).
