Hi. I’m new to Folksy and just finding my way around. When I click onto the ‘stats’ dropdown in dashboard one of my items doesn’t show up. It’s as if it would be on another page, but there is no other page. Can someone tell me how I can find it please?. Thank you !
Do you mean at the bottom where there are 12 photo thumbnails?
If so maybe because no one has looked at it. Check you activity section on the dashboard menu.
Thank you so much for responding! Yes, I do mean those 12 thumbnails. I have now found the missing item by clicking on stats for past 24 hours rather than 30 days.
Your help is much appreciated. 
The stats only ever show you the top 12 items for the time period you’ve selected. Google analytics might give you a better set of stats if you link your shop to a google analytics account.
