My goodness but it has been a long week this week, still in and out of meetings, but I am learning which ones are the most important so I can say no to the ones I don’t need to be at, feels like I have been invited to every meeting booked at the Hospital for the last 2 weeks lol! but I’m settling into the new role and feeling more confident now, some things never change and despite being out of personnel for a while before going back in this job people, managers and problems are still the same which is comforting haha
