Hi @Beadseedz - I use a mac so it may be different but here is step by step
Hit reply to get box where you enter all your text etc
Click on upload picture icon (horizontal bar with up arrow, 7th one along)
Dialog box opens - select “from the web” and then some text saying “show more” appears on the bottom right.
Click on “show more” and you should now have two address boxes visible
Open the item you want to link to in another window
Right click on picture of item and select "Copy image address"
Return to photo upload dialog box on forums and paste in box labelled "link to image"
Go back to item page and copy URL for item from address bar at the top
Return to photo upload dialog box on forums and paste URL into box labelled "link your image will point to"
Click on upload and it should work
If you are still having problems I will try and do some screenshots for you.
