I posted a while back about this group on Facebook. Thought I’d mention it again for those of you who live and work in Surrey or the borders.
The site is quite specific - it must be all your own work, so for example if you are a jeweller and you use ready-made beads, you must make the findings, so you are not just ‘assembling’ purchased elements.
You can post only once a day and no more than three times a week and can promote events you are attending etc, and a Folksy link, but not other Facebook pages.
Does that make sense?
If you submit a listing for acceptance you will get a reason if it is declined, not just a straight ‘no’, which is helpful.
I’ve been listing for a year or so and it really helps with event promotion.
